SPOTLIGHT OPPORTUNITIES

A benefit to RAFA’s Spotlight Dance Studios is that in addition to receiving the best possible training in the Southeast Houston area, students may eventually be invited to participate in The Royal Academy of Fine Arts’ more intensive programs at their base school (Centre Pointe) including the Graded Division which is an exclusive program for the gifted and serious ballet student. This program is available to experienced students only as it is a very intensive training program for the aspiring professional.

Spotlight Dance Studio students will also be invited to audition for upcoming Bay Area Houston Ballet and Theatre productions such as The Nutcracker which is produced annually at the UH-CL Bayou Theatre.

Spotlight students also have the opportunity to participate in the Broadway Studio Workshop which provides professional level training for the more experienced musical theatre student ages 18 and under. A season of popular and standard Broadway shows are selected for the year.
