NATALIE ZUNDEL - BALLET INSTRUCTOR

Natalie Zundel

Ms. Natalie is one of The Royal Academy’s very own! Her training at RAFA began at a young age, and is now honored to have changed roles from student to teacher. Mrs. Zundel has had 7 years of teaching experience in the greater Houston area. In 2001 she was honored with the title of CLMB’s Scholarship Recipient and was awarded a full scholarship to study at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York. She also received her professional training from the Kirov Academy in Washington DC and American Ballet Theater in New York. Mrs. Zundel was honored to be one of Bay Area Houston Ballet and Theaters first professional dancers in 2003 performing coveted roles such as the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Katrina in Alan Heinline’s The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, and her final professional performance appearing as Giselle. When Mrs. Zundel is not teaching she is also a full time student and wife. She is studying Fitness and Human Performance at The University of Houston, Clear Lake and further plans to receive a Masters and PhD in Physical Therapy. Mrs. Zundel is excited to be a part of the RAFA faculty and looks forward to another wonderful year working with such talented RAFA students.
