Ms. Lauren is a fourth year Houston Metropolitan Dance Company member, recently moving from Pittsburgh, PA. She graduated from Point Park University with a BFA in Dance, jazz concentration. Her training includes PPU’s Pre-Professional and International Summer Dance programs, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Limón Institute Summer Workshop, STEPS on Broadway Pre-Professional Program, Jazz Dance World Congress, and Pennsylvania Governor’s School for the Arts. Performance credits include Quirky Works, Texas Contemporary Dance Festival, Ft. Worth Dance Festival, Collin County Dance Fusion, Dance Houston, Playhouse Dance Company, and Pittsburgh CLO Cabaret Theatre. She has done industrials for the Pittsburgh Steelers, CLO Cabaret Theatre, and Int'l Assoc. of Ports and Harbors. Lauren has worked with noted choreographers Robert Battle, Jason Parsons, Kiesha LaLama-White, Eddy Ocampo, Pattie Obey, Salim "Slam" Gaulwoos, Kate Skarpetowska, and Priscilla Nathan-Murphy. Lauren is also the Assistant Director of the Met Too Youth Training Company.
